Our Story

Madison Dictson was born on July 26, 2003, in Roswell, New Mexico, and passed away on December 21, 2025. Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave and the lives she touched will last forever.

Madison was a graduate of Goddard High School in Roswell, NM and went on to attend New Mexico State University, where she earned her degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Science. She was passionate about her education and excited about her future—often calling it her “big girl career”—with a dream of becoming a New Mexico Game Warden and was awaiting acceptance into the NM Law Enforcement Academy. It was a path that perfectly reflected who she was: strong, determined, and deeply connected to the outdoors.

Madison had a heart unlike any other. She truly knew no strangers. If you met her, you became family. Her love for her friends and family was endless, and she gave that love freely and fiercely. To be known by Madison was to be deeply loved.

Her faith was a cornerstone of her life. In 2016, Madison gave her life to the Lord and was baptized. Her love for Christ was sincere, evident, and inspiring to all who knew her.

Madison lived fully and joyfully. She played volleyball in high school, later became an ambassador for New Mexico State University, and cherished time spent at the lake—wake surfing, laughing, and making memories with those she loved. She loved embracing the farm and ranch lifestyle and truly had a cowgirls heart. By her side through it all was her beloved dog, Hash—her constant companion, emotional support sidekick, and best friend—who truly went everywhere with her.

Madison’s life was one of love, faith, joy, and connection. This foundation was created to honor Madison’s life and legacy by extending her compassion, faith, and love for others into meaningful support for ICU nurses, patients, and families—ensuring that her impact continues to be felt for generations to come.
